COLOWE takes you to understand the methods of extrusion molds for plastic granulators.
COLOWE believes that the plastic granulator of the granulator manufacturer extrudes the mold after the packaging box arrives, and checks whether the packaging is intact: after opening the packaging box, take out the packing list, and open the box for inspection. According to the contents of the packing list, the parts, accessories and special tools of the mold should be inventoried according to technical documents such as user manuals.
The technical standards and methods of extrusion molds generally use corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel plates, mainly when extruding materials to modify polyvinyl chloride. And adjust it to HRC 24 or above to ensure a certain service life. There should be no imperfections such as bruises, scratches, burrs, build-up and rust. The working appearance of the mold and its parts should be smooth. Try to avoid sudden changes in cross-section and stagnation zones. The mold runner system should be smooth along the direction of melt flow. The loading and unloading repeatability error of the corresponding position between the templates between the molds shall not be greater than 0.03mm, and the repeatability error of the extrusion die head welding surface and assembly shall be stable. There should be stable positioning between the templates. The local gap shall not be greater than 0.02mm.
Under normal circumstances, the water and air systems of the plastic granulator should not be entangled with each other. The water pipe joints of the extrusion mold setting mold, the refrigeration system and the vacuum system of the molding mold should be universal and should not leak. Vacuum pipe joints should be clearly marked and should not affect the connection of the pipes.
The auxiliary machinery of the plastic extruder mainly includes a wire unwinding device, a straightening device, a preheating device, a cooling device, a traction device, an instrument, a spark testing machine and a wire collecting device. The purpose of an extruder is different from that of auxiliary equipment such as cutters, dryers, printing equipment, etc.
Eccentricity is a relatively common plastic extrusion waste, and various types of wire bending are one of the important causes of insulation eccentricity. During the extrusion process of the sheath, scratches on the surface of the sheath are often caused by the bending of the cable core. Therefore, straightening devices in various extrusion devices are indispensable. The main types of straightening devices are: drum type (horizontal and vertical); pulley type (divided into single wheel and pulley set); winch type, which can also play the role of driving, straightening, stabilizing tension; drum type (horizontal type) and vertical) etc.
