Other gears and shaft components are made of high-quality 20CrMnTi material. The gears of the double-screw continuous mixer are carburized, quenched, and ground, with high precision and hardness. The gear precision is GB10095-88, Grade 6, and the surface hardness is HRC-54~62. An anti-axial thrust bearing is installed at the front of the hollow output shaft to bear the axial thrust of the screw during operation. The entire machine has a small size and high load capacity, with smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency. Furthermore, based on the high-stretch chaotic type screw, the plastic melting process in the continuous mixer is in a dispersed melting state, increasing the heat transfer efficiency and melting speed.
