High Speed Heating and Cooling Mixer

Introduction

The High Speed Heating and Cooling Mixer consists of a bottom feeding leaf slurry and a high speed crushing leaf slurry. The machine is especially suitable for mixing materials when it can add liquid, the feeding leaf pulp will continuously feed the bottom materials up along the cylinder wall. The high speed crushed material leaf pulp breaks up the material sent by the material leaf pulp completely. The material is circulated to form a vortex, so that the material can be mixed evenly in a short time.

Feature

Due to the centrifugal force of High Speed Heating and Cooling Mixer, the bottom feeding leaf pulp continuously feeds the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall, while the upper material falls back down from the centre, making the material circulate into a vortex. Secondly, the high speed crushing leaf pulp completely breaks up the lumpy material sent by the feeding leaf pulp. What is more important is that our discharge valve is open, which has the characteristics of fast discharge speed and easy cleaning of the equipment.
