Feature

The stainless steel vent housing on the barrel of Micro Lab Corotating Twin Screw Extruder is equipped with sight glasses and vacuum gauges, as well as a vacuum pump protected by a large double filter connected in series and installed in the extruder sub-cabinet. Secondly, our vacuum venting system is equipped with a stainless steel vent housing with sight glass and vacuum regulator valve with pressure gauge on an open swing cover. The vent housing is made of a resin trap to prevent any resin leaking from the vent from blocking the pipework to the vacuum pump. The housing is connected to two large vacuum filters and a vane vacuum pump mounted in a sub-cabinet.
