Advantage 

The Lab Corotating Twin Screw Extruder is made of national standard rectangular steel and national standard steel plate welded together, and treated with re-stressing, which has the advantages of low deformation, solid structure and low vibration when the machine is running. This is also conducive to the stable operation of the equipment, maintaining the accurate clearance of the barrel screw, reducing the abnormal wear and tear of the barrel screw and improving the plasticizing efficiency of the machinery. Secondly, our temperature controller can automatically control the temperature with a stable quality and a temperature control accuracy of ±2 °C, ensuring that the raw material is plasticised at a constant and ideal temperature.
