High-speed tool steel material: adopts vacuum quenching, integrally hardened threaded components, high wear resistance, strong toughness, and is used in the processing of glass fiber engineering plastics below 30%, high filling engineering plastics processing and wood plastic plastic processing, etc.;

4. Nitrided steel:high hardness, anti-corrosion, super toughness, anti-fracture, used in the production of ordinary threaded components and the production of double-threaded components, features hard outside and soft inside, anti-corrosion;

5. Hastelloy material: super anti-corrosion nickel-based alloy, used in screw production of fluoroplastic (F46) extruder;
