Introduction

TheHigh Quality Lab Extruder For Small Output is suitable for the production of various polyolefins such as PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, PS, ABS and other materials. It is also equipped with different types of heads, dies and auxiliary machines for the production of plastic profiles, tubes, sheets, pelletizing and co-extrusion of tube marking lines. Secondly, we have closed-loop control of melt pressure and screw speed to control extrusion pressure fluctuations. More importantly, our gearboxes are equipped with a forced cooling and filtration system, providing very good working conditions.

Secondly, our barrels are heated by infrared stainless steel heating rings, the temperature of each section can be adjusted individually and the automatic cooling system precisely controls the temperature. What's more, we also have an advanced pre-regulator with a large feed tank and automatic water filling device. Finally, we have a direct drive between the motor and the gearbox, which reduces energy consumption.
