◆ the first stage could be co-rotating twin screw extruders.stage2 is lower-speed single screw extruder.To combine both extruders together and completely used for heat-sensitive materials pelletizing,devolatilization operation and direct forming extrusion task.
◆ Increase the operation variables and realize process because two-stage machine can achieve excellent efficiency and output demand
Twin screw extruders excel in high effective plastizing,compounding and diepersion.Besides ,the partial over-shearing and over-heating could be resolved effectively for its high performance without producing die back-pressure return.single screw extruders are advanced in high-pressure extrusion with lower speed and lower temperature.
