Guidance of Twin-screw Extrusion Granulation Unit

The twin screw granulator starts by pressing switches 1, a and b.

2. Start pressing the heating control switch.

3. Press the solenoid valve switch to activate.

4. Preheat heating. The heating temperature value of each part is set according to the technological requirements of the twin-screw extrusion granulation unit. When the heating temperature of each part reaches the set value, keep a certain temperature for 20-30 minutes, and then check whether the thermostat of each part and the solenoid valve of each part of the cooling pipeline are normal.

5. Start the switch of the lubricating oil pump and observe the hydraulic pressure gauge at the tail of the main engine of the twin-screw extrusion granulation unit, which should be at 0.1-0.2MPa.

6. Turn on the switches of the lubrication pump, cooling water and granulator of the twin-screw extrusion granulator unit.
