How To Solve The Noise Of The Granulator?

Solutions for Reducing Noise in Twin-Screw Extruders:
1. It may be that there is a problem with the bearings in a certain part of the twin-screw extruder, causing the equipment to operate abnormally, and the operating current will fluctuate. If the operating current is too high, it must be stopped for inspection or replacement of the bearings.
2. If the twin-screw extruder ring mold is blocked, or only part of the outlet is discharging material, or foreign objects enter the ring mold, or the ring mold is out of round, or the gap between the roller and the mold is too tight, or the roller is worn or the roller bearing is damaged and cannot rotate, there will be vibrations in the extruder.
3. If the twin-screw extruder coupling is not balanced and has a left-right deviation, there will be vibrations in the extruder, and the oil seals of the gear shafts are easily damaged. The coupling must be aligned to the horizontal line.
4. If the main shaft of the twin-screw extruder is not tightened, especially for D-type or E-type machines, the main shaft will loosen and move axially forward and backward, causing the roller to swing significantly, the extruder to make a lot of noise and vibrate, making pelleting difficult. The tail spring and round nut at the end of the main shaft must be tightened.
5. If the gears of the twin-screw extruder are worn, if a single gear is replaced, there will also be a problem of high noise during the operation of the machine.
