Introduction

The Extrusion Plastic Film Filament Extrusion Line is equipped with a compaction machine that pre-presses the film into smaller pellets that can be easily fed into the auger barrel of the extruder. It also increases production capacity and saves labour costs. Secondly, our extruder barrels have two vacuum exhaust ports to fully remove water, so the quality of the pellets produced with our machines is very good. All in all, our product is good value for money and this is very popular with our customers.

Feature

The Extrusion Plastic Film Filament Extrusion Line combine cutting, extrusion and granulation to form a compact and efficient recycling line. The cutter of the recycling machine prepares (pre-treats) the material into the ideal conditions for the extrusion process and feeds the material directly into the extruder under the action of centrifugal force. Compared to conventional recycling machines, this integrated system does not require a separate crusher, thus eliminating the problem of inconsistent feed (excessive or insufficient feeding).
