Two stage twin screw extruder's working theory:

1. The first stage is a parallel co-rotating twin-screw extruder with mixing function, which realizes plasticization, mixing and homogenization of the material, and the back pressure of the inorganic head is returned to achieve the material mixing state.

2. The second stage is a low-speed rotating single-screw extruder, which realizes the extrusion of the material with heat preservation and avoids the decomposition phenomenon in the overheating project.
