What Should We do When Assembling Granulators?

When installing the combined twin-screw, please pay attention to:

1. A thin layer of high-temperature resistant (350oC) light-colored lubricant should be evenly applied on the inner hole of each combination component and the surface of the mandrel.

2. Place each screw element on the screw mandrel as required. The end faces of each element should be fully close together, and the joints should be flat, smooth and free of wax.

3. Tighten the screw head screw again

4. Place the two screws side by side according to the working position, check whether the axial clearance of the two screws is even and consistent, and make adjustments;

5. After applying a thin layer of high-temperature resistant industrial lubricant to the spline at the end of the screw, push the two screws into the barrel according to the position of the corresponding prefix of the screw and sleeve coupling, so that the end of the screw is in line with the The end faces of the gear shaft of the transmission box are tightly connected, and then the sleeve tightening screw is installed. If the phase of the gear shaft needs to be adjusted, the belt drive can be manually turned, and the extruder cannot be opened blindly;

6. After the screw is installed, it should be turned manually for 2 cycles to ensure that there are no abnormalities such as interference or scratching.
