Now let's see if the torque of the main motor is too high, regularly check and clean the lubricating oil system, use vibration and infrared thermometers to measure the main motor bearings, and form a trend chart. If the trend value is exceeded, measure the no-load current or power value of the main motor to determine whether the bearing needs to be replaced. Periodic inspection: Main motor output shaft and transmission input shaft are aligned. Alignment must be checked three months after initial start-up or bearing replacement. Conduct electrical tests and inspections to determine the cause of rotor imbalance. Test the vibration speed of the clutch. If the specified value is exceeded, adjust the dynamic balance again. Regularly check the cylinder heating and cooling system to ensure that the material is heated evenly and completely melted.

Reduce feed load
When producing low melt index products under high melt pressure, low mesh filters should be used, the orifice should be enlarged, back pressure should be reduced, filters should be replaced in a timely manner, and the quality of various additives and the ash content of polypropylene powder should be monitored. . Reduce feed load. Without affecting the quality of extruded products, the barrel temperature of each section, the melt temperature of polypropylene and the fluidity of the material are increased. After turning off the extruder, increase the temperature of the machine head, keep the temperature of the machine head constant for a period of time, and clean the template thoroughly. The main motor torque is too low, check the feeding system or the main material cutting system for failure, and clear the blockage point. When the friction clutch fails, start the main motor to avoid peak power consumption and reduce the feed load. The restart interval should be as short as 30 minutes; in summer, if the main motor starts more than twice, the interval should be extended or the cooling fan should be forced. Blow air with the instrument and wipe the friction plate and dust on the surface of the friction plate with a cloth. If the wear is severe or the surface is "vitrified", replace the friction plate and friction disc. Check whether the air pressure value can make the friction plate match the friction plate.
