1. Cylinder temperature

Two, nozzle temperature
The nozzle temperature is generally slightly lower than the barrel temperature, which is to better avoid the "flow water condition" that the molten material is likely to produce in the directly connected nozzle. The nozzle temperature can not be too low, otherwise it may lead to the early solidification of the melt and plug the nozzle, or because the early solidification is introduced into the mold core and harm the performance of the product.
Three, mold shell temperature
Mold temperature is very harmful to the intrinsic properties and conductivity quality of the product. The height of the mold temperature is determined by the plastic crystal shape, product specifications and structure, performance regulations, and other melting temperature, injection rate and injection working pressure, rubber and plastic products cycle time and other processing standards.
